Workshops

 

• Workshop dates may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling is possible up to 7 business days before the workshop date.

• Workshop bookings may be cancelled up to 7 business days before the scheduled date.

• A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 (whichever is lower) will apply.

• Cancellations made 7 business days or less before the workshop will incur a cancellation fee of ₪150 per participant.

• Cancellations made on the day of the workshop, or failure to attend, are non-refundable, including any deposit paid.

If the pieces created during the workshop are shipped to you after the workshop, the average production time is approximately one month from the workshop date.

If your order is shipped via registered mail, you will receive a notification by SMS. You are responsible for tracking your shipment using the tracking number on the Israel Post website. If you experience any issues with the delivery, please contact us via our Contact page or WhatsApp.

Courses

• A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 (whichever is lower) will apply.

• Cancellations made within 14 business days before the course start date are eligible for a 20% refund.

Gift Vouchers

 

• A gift voucher may be cancelled within 14 business days of purchase and will be refunded less the applicable cancellation fee.

• After this period, gift vouchers cannot be cancelled. However, the voucher value may be converted into store credit for future purchases on our website or at our studio.

• Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

• Once a workshop date has been booked using a gift voucher, the workshop cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
  
  
  
   

Products
 

Our jewelry is made to order. Standard production time is up to 14 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

Ready-made jewelry may be exchanged provided it is returned in its original packaging and has not been worn or used.

Exchanges or store credit are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

You may cancel your purchase from the date of the order until the end of the second non-rest day following the purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. A full refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 (whichever is lower), provided that:

• the jewelry is not custom-made, and

• the purchase price does not exceed ₪3,000.
